Clearly Seasonal currently ships physical products to addresses in Canada and the United States. Available shipping options may vary depending on the product and destination.

Processing & Fulfillment

Many Clearly Seasonal products are made to order. This means your item may enter production after your order is placed rather than being taken from pre-made inventory.
Processing time can vary by product and production partner. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, delivery time will depend on the destination and shipping service used.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before your order is completed.
Because some items may be produced or shipped separately, products within the same order may occasionally arrive in more than one package.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after a shipping notification has been issued.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipment, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If an order appears delayed, lost, or arrives with a delivery-related problem, please contact us and include your order number so we can look into it.

Digital Downloads

Digital products do not require shipping. When purchasing a downloadable product, access to the digital files will be provided electronically according to the instructions shown with the product or order.
